Press letters, main binder

This PDF binder includes the email-body of the letters with the context (in most cases email #2 of 2 or #3 of 3, and the text of previous emails in their chain) which I sent national and regional outlets from August 2021 through September 2022, as forwarded to their final DHS and FEMA recipients. The email attachments, including the text of emails 0/1/2 that I sent to recipients before I figured out a workable way to include that information in the same chain, are below.
