    The second half of the 2015 Technical Appendix by itself is the SNRA 2011 Unclassified Documentation of Findings, the unclassified version of the SNRA 2011 technical report.

    The original electronic files corresponding to the filesize-optimized unclassified documentation above, and the two-page 2011 terms of reference document corresponding to the three-page version above (which replicates the error [which appears to be the product of compability settings in Word] in the FOIA-released version), are in the folder Original versions.
